Unused transfers are refundable when cancelled at least 48 hours prior to pickup time. There is a $10 service fee on all cancelled reservations. In the event of a flight delay, we will wait up to 30 minutes. Otherwise, we will accomodate passengers on the next available shuttle. Please call if you know your flight is delayed and we will arrange an alternative pickup. No refunds are given due to airline over-flights or weather.
